Robin Minard (CA/DE). From April 12 to May 10, 2008, Tuesday to Saturday, noon to 5:00 pm.
As part of this exhibit, Robin Minard will present five recent works, including Nature morte, a brand new video work produced with artist Susan Meinhardt. Usually discrete and delicate, Robin Minard’s sound installations take into account the shape and the vocabulary of the venue, which means that a given work will take different incarnations if it is presented in a park, a pool, or at Oboro.
Sons sur papier is a co-presentation with Oboro (www.oboro.net), and is produced with support from the Canada Council of the Arts, the Conseil des arts et des lettres du Québec, Canadian Heritage, and the Conseil des arts de Montréal.
