After studying music at the Conservatory of Bordeaux under the direction of Christian Éloy, Khrystell Burlin left his native land for Canada in 2001. In 2003, he graduated (MA) from the Université de Montréal where he studied Electoacoustic music and media arts under the direction of Jean Piché. Having always had a passion for film, for ancient arts (Antiquity, middle Age) and modern paintings, he decided to change his perspective and began to focus on video creation and multimedia. After a notable debut in the 2002 Elektra festival (Canada), his video work has shown in several festivals and museums throughout North America and Europe, as well as in Asia.
